Precision Screw Thread Corporation specializes in thread rolling solutions and services. Precision Screw Thread provides close tolerance thread rolling from .059 inches to 8.0 inches diameter, to the customer's required length.

Precision Screw Thread Corporation also does precision CNC thread grinding and secondary operations. Our capabilities include:

• Centerless grinding up to 13" diameter
• Inside and Outside Diameter grinding up to 14" diameter
• Thread rolling up to 6-1/4" diameter on long bars and up to 12" diameter for shorter applications
• Thread grinding up to 12" diameter and 42" length

Our shop includes:

• 6 Thread rollers
• 2 Centerless grinders
• 1 CNC grinder
• 1 Cylindrical grinder
• 3 Machining centers
• 3 CNC lathes
• 4 Manual lathes
• 8 Misc. machining support stations

We have two 5 ton overhead cranes to handle any oversize project. Our die room has nearly 1500 die sets for a full range of rolled thread projects. These on-hand die sets greatly reduce the likelihood of the need to purchase die sets or wait for them to be manufactured.

The Precision Screw Thread workforce is highly skilled and dedicated. The average employee has over twenty years service, and there are 13 Journeyman machinists on staff. We provide on-going training programs that keep our long term employees up to date with all current industry thread rolling applications.
